These backpacks are specifically for men facing the challenges of chemotherapy. Our goal is to provide practical support and a bit of comfort during a difficult time, showing that they are not alone in their journey.

Nominating a member is simple and impactful. Visit our nomination page and fill out the form with the nominee's details and a brief explanation of why they would benefit from a Chemo Pack.
Our team will review the nominations and select recipients based on need and availability. Your nomination can bring helpful resources to a man facing cancer, providing him with essential items and tools to navigate his treatment journey.

What's in a Chemo Pack?
Backpack: Spacious and durable, perfect for carrying all essentials.
Blanket: Cozy and warm to provide comfort during treatment.
Toque: A soft hat to keep warm.
Notebook and Pen: For jotting down thoughts, questions, or keeping a treatment journal.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated with a reusable bottle.
Electrolytes: To help maintain energy levels and hydration.
Ginger Chews: To ease nausea and provide a soothing treat.
Lip Balm: To combat dry lips caused by treatment.
Wipes: For quick and convenient cleanliness.
Hand Lotion: To keep skin moisturized.
Reading Book: Donated by the Rotary Club, offering an engaging distraction.
Knitted Socks/Slippers: Donated by the local lady guild, these provide warmth and comfort.
